Travel Opportunity – Medical Technologist (MT) – Laboratory Supervisor

Position Details:

Start Date: 3/23/2026
Location: Exeter, NH
Schedule: 5x8 Days (0700–1530)
Contract Length: 12.71 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
Floating: Not required

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily operational oversight of designated laboratory areas, primarily Blood Bank with some Hematology
Perform bench work approximately 50% of the time
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, and Microbiology processes
Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support timely and accurate diagnostic results
Utilize Epic and SoftBank systems effectively
Support quality improvement initiatives within the laboratory

Facility Details:

100 licensed bed facility
Contract guarantees 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)
BILH coversheet required at time of submission

Requirements & Qualifications:

ASCP certification or equivalent registration required
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology required
Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience REQUIRED
Strong Blood Bank experience required
Experience with Epic and SoftBank required
Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months and in good standing to be considered
