Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced respiratory care in NICU and acute care settings
Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic interventions
Manage ventilators and complex airway support
Administer oxygen therapy and aerosolized medications
Perform ABG analysis and monitor patient response to treatment
Respond to emergent situations including Code Blue and Rapid Response
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Clinical Expectations:

Must be confident operating independently
Strong time management and critical thinking skills required
Ability to perform effectively in a high-acuity environment
Collaborative team-based setting

Requirements & Qualifications:

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
Active MA Respiratory License required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred
Weekend availability required
