Position Overview
Kadlec Clinic Urology is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full‑time outpatient Urology coverage in Richland, WA. This is a locum tenens assignment beginning March (or as soon as credentialed) and offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call. The ideal provider brings prior Urology experience and is comfortable managing a steady outpatient caseload in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: March or upon completion of credentialing
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient Urology clinic
- Experience: Urology specialty experience required
- Compensation: $130 per hour
- Overtime: Applies after 40 hours per week
- Duration: Ongoing full‑time coverage
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient Urology care under physician supervision
- Conduct evaluations, follow‑ups, and management of common urologic conditions
- Perform and assist with in‑clinic procedures as credentialed
- Review diagnostics, labs, and imaging to support treatment planning
- Collaborate with Urologists, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure high‑quality patient care
- Document all encounters accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Urology experience required (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Active Washington license
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting
