Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse
Job Description:Pediatric Critical Care float pool RN Shift: Will work 3x12s hour nights 7P-730A 36 hours/week Weekend REQ: Every other weekend holiday rotation Ratios: 1:2/1:3 Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-RN will float to all Pediatric units in SJCH CVPICU NICU PICU Years of experience REQ: 2 years of Peds ICU experience First timers accepted: yes if they have the needed experience License REQ: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License Certs required: BLS PALS MUSC only accepts American Heart Association AHA Experience preferred: ECMO CRRT Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs. Local radius: 60 miles Locals accepted: Yes. Locals are accepted on a case-by-case basis ad 10 less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be submitted at time of submission. Approval based off unit needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour 19:00 - 07:30
