Position Details

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel to Perm
• Location: Near Sterling, Illinois
• Setting: LTC / Rehabilitation
• Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12s
• Hours: 36 hours guaranteed weekly
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks with Opportunity for Permanent Hire
• Compensation: Up to $1,900/week

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Long-Term Care and Rehab setting
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and document accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
• Support a positive, resident-focused environment

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or compact eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred but not required)
• Previous LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
