LTAC / Telemetry RN – Weekend Shift (Fri–Sun) Role: Registered Nurse – LTAC/Telemetry Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday License: NM or Compact RN (must attach) 📋 Required: ACLS & BLS (AHA only) – must attach Vent & trach experience Central line knowledge Wound care (preferred) LTAC/Telemetry experience RN must demonstrate strong critical thinking, leadership, delegation skills, and follow the Nursing Process per state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy. 📩 REQUIRED SUBMISSION FORMAT (Must Use) Subject Line: SUBMISSION – Candidate Name – Facility Name – Specialty – Position ID Email Body: Years of Clinical Experience: Years of Travel Experience: EMR Experience: Certifications on file: Worked at any Kindred Hospital?
