Description

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
