Department: 699F Rehab Services – Outpatient
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:15 PM (Hours may vary based on department needs)
Local Policy: No local candidates within 50 miles

Position Overview

Northside Hospital Forsyth is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists in a comprehensive rehab setting.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
BLS certification (required)
Lymphedema certification (required)
Active Georgia OT license (or eligibility)
