Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years travel experience required
Scrub and Circulator experience required
Must be comfortable handling Cardiac Emergencies
On-call required – includes scrub and circulator responsibilities
Weekend requirement: Saturday 0600 – Monday 0600, once per month
Must be willing to float between units per unit needs
Block scheduling not available
Must have a vehicle for this assignment
Must be willing to float to multiple facilities as required

Floating Requirements

AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities to meet the needs of PH&S.

Milwaukie
Newberg
Portland
Hood River
Willamette Falls
Seaside
Saint Vincent

Seaside Floating Policy:

If booked at a non-Seaside facility and floated to Seaside:
- +$5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside
- IRS mileage reimbursement
If floating consecutive shifts:
- Hotel accommodations provided
Facility will provide as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside
