Requirements

• Active Michigan PT license or proof of pending license
• Current BLS
• 1+ year of recent Physical Therapy experience
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, neuromuscular re‑education, and functional mobility training
• Provide patient‑centered care across assigned settings (inpatient, outpatient, or SNF depending on facility needs)
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies
• Document all care accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated, effective care
