Description

Travel LPN/LVN – Primary Care | St. Peter’s Health (Helena, MT)

Location: Helena, MT 59601
Contract Dates: 03/16/2026 – 06/13/2026 (13 weeks)
Shift: 8-hour Days, Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
On-Call: No
OT:

Daily OT after 24 hours (based on differential)
Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on differential)
Requisition Reason: Backfill FTE
Floating: Required between:
SPH North – 3330 Ptarmigan Ln, Helena, MT 59602
SPH Broadway – 2550 E Broadway St, Helena, MT 59601

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
BLS required
75-mile radius rule applies

Important Notes:

All RTO/schedule requests must be submitted upfront (no changes after submission)
All demographic details must be loaded at submission: full name, address, email, full DOB, and SSN
HWL prescreen → Manager interview → Offer
