Requirements:

1-2 years of recent Home Health experience
Experience with Oasis/Home Care Home Base Charting
Colorado or compact RN License
BLS Certification

Job Details:

Contract: 13 weeks with extensions available
Shift: 8a-5p, Mon-Fri
Mileage reimbursement at .48 cents per mile for distances traveled in between appointments
