Description

Required Experience & Skills:

Must be proficient in Cardiac MRI
Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
Epic experience required
Experience with GE and Siemens 1.5T & 3T scanners
ARRT certified (Required)
BLS (AHA) required
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently
Flu vaccine required prior to start

Essential Responsibilities:

Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures
Set up coils, monitoring equipment, and related devices
Screen patients/personnel for metal implants and safety risks
Select and implement appropriate pulse sequences
Evaluate image quality and adjust protocols as needed
Send images to PACS and verify exam completeness
Provide patient education and ensure comfort during procedures
Start IV lines for contrast studies and monitor for reactions
Maintain accurate documentation and required statistics
