·       Patient Ratios :1:6

·       Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :1 CN/4 RN/2 PCT

·       Type of equipment: Bladder scan/ basic vital sign

·       Documentation system: Meditech

·       Scheduling requirements:36 hrs/week

·       Floating policy: Subject to house requirement

·       Patient Experience requirements: Good attitude 😉

Requested Skill Set: See below

Must have:

Advanced skills needed: IV insertion, NG tube insertion, chest tube management, Foley catheter insertion/removal, bladder scan, basic I/O’s management, must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, physician interaction and engagement

Procedures performed on unit:  See above

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS (PREFFERED), NIH STROKE SCALE (PREFFERED)

Dress Code: (Required uniform)
