Description
Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
Start Date: 03/23/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night 3x12s (6:15 PM – 6:45 AM)
Schedule: 36 hours/week | Every other weekend required | No call
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced RRT to join a 300-bed acute care community hospital providing coverage in ER, adult med/surg, and adult critical care units. Responsibilities include airway management, ventilator management, ABGs, nebulizer treatments, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, and oxygen therapy. RT will assist with intubations, bronchoscopies, mechanical ventilation, and in-house transport of ventilated patients. Pediatric ER and pediatrics coverage required only with demonstrated competency (no Level III NICU).
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience (first-time travelers accepted)
- Epic charting experience required
- NH State License (pending accepted)
- BLS required | RRT required
- ACLS, PALS preferred
- Adult critical care, trauma, ER, and community hospital experience required
- Experience with vents (Draeger, Hamilton, Servo, Puritan Bennett preferred)
- Locals accepted at lower rate
Note: Not eligible if previously employed within the Solution Health system. Reduced rates apply for local travelers.
