Description
Outpatient Dialysis Clinic - The expected services are 95% outpatient with the rare potential of providing Dialysis 1:1 in a patient room if admitted.
Shifts - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Shift is usually 5:00 am -5:30 pm or 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Requirements:
Active RN license to practice in the state of Texas.
BLS and CPR required.
There is no vaccine requirement,
Experience at least 2 years of Dialysis experience.
Typical tasks are assessments, Medication administration, care plan, and foot checks when due. We use the Braun dialog machines and currently CKG- TIME EMR. Nurse scrub color is Navy Blue.
