Description

Description:

Provides nursing care, including triage, treatment and discharge care for the Emergency Department patients, from newborns to geriatrics. This position is represented by CNA.

Requirements:

Auto Offer Night Shift 3 x 12s or 4 12's 1900 - 0730 BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC, and recent Cerner experience are all required.

Education and Work Experience: • Associate Degree(A.S.) or equivalent: Required • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Preferred • One year in acute care experience: Required Licenses/Certifications: • Current RN license in state of practice: Required • Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support): Required • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS OR HS-PALS OR RQIPALS) certification: Required • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC): Required within 6 months of hire or transfer • Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice: Required • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) or RQIACLS: Required
