Description

Acute Hemodialysis RN Position - The Queen's Medical Center

A. EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

  • Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
  • Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required to apply
  • Current BLS/HCP and ACLS required
  • Specialty certification(s) highly desired (CNN, CDN)
  • Must pass EKG exam with 80% or greater during orientation
  • All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract

B. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Two (2) or more years of full-time staff Acute HD experience prior to any travel assignments required
  • One (1) or more years of full-time Telemetry or ICU staff RN experience prior to Acute HD preferred
  • Experience in comparable size/type medical center(s) (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) highly preferred
