Description
Float Pool Registered Nurse – Nights
We are seeking an experienced Float Pool RN for a 13-week day assignment in Lancaster, CA, with a quick start timeline.
Details:
- Shift: Days (7:00 AM start)
- Schedule options:
- GWW 36 (3x12s) or
- GWW 48 (4x12s)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer
- Weekend and holiday work required as scheduled
Requirements:
- Active California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
- Minimum 2 years Float Pool experience
- Minimum 1 year travel experience
- Ortho, Trauma, and Robotics experience required
- Flexibility to float across units and work varying schedules
This role is ideal for adaptable nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable supporting multiple units on night shift.
