Job Title: Nurse Manager – Endoscopy & Interventional Radiology
Location: Concord, Massachusetts
Travel Experience: Required
Job Summary
The Nurse Manager assumes 24-hour responsibility for the management of the Endoscopy Unit and Interventional Radiology. This role is accountable for assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care services on a 24-hour basis.
The Nurse Manager ensures high-quality patient care delivery and that professional nursing practice aligns with established standards and organizational policies.
Direct reports include:
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs)
- Patient Care Assistants
- Unit Secretaries
Strong Assistant Nurse Managers may be considered with approval.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience within the specialty area
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
Licensure & Certification
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts required
