General Comments

• 48hr weekly guarantees are NOT available
• Blocked scheduling requests will be considered but may not be guaranteed
• Scope of role: Med Surg 5th floor, ortho, surgical, stroke, Med surg/Tele 6th floor, cardiac, respiratory, dialysis, hospice
• 36 beds
• Patient ratios: 1:5-7 (depends on acuity)
  • RTO max: 36 hours unless otherwise discussed
• RTO Blackout dates: may have to work Easter or Mothers day or Memorial day
• Scrub color = Royal Blue
• EMR = Cerner
