Facility: 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week (Days & Nights Available)

Position Overview

A 25-bed Critical Access Hospital is seeking a knowledgeable RN House Supervisor with strong administrative experience to provide leadership and operational oversight. This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

Requirements

Active Washington State RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license (must be active)
Prior administrative and supervisory experience required
Strong clinical background with the ability to oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts
