Ready for a flexible, high-impact role in one of California’s premier districts? Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in supporting K–12 students in the heart of Salem, OR for the '25-'26 school year!
Position Overview:
- Manage a diverse K–12 caseload and provide consultation services to teachers and parents.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop and implement data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that deliver essential direct therapy to support students' functional performance and educational goals.
- Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) License
- Fingerprints (Required)
- Prior professional OTR experience in a K–12 school setting (public or private) (Preferred)
