Description

PT – Rehab | Days | Humansville, MO | $85/hr

📍 Location: Humansville, MO

⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks

🕒 Schedule: M–F | 8-hour days (35 guaranteed weekly hours)
⏰ Start time flexible (must begin between 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and remain consistent)
🚫 No weekends | No call

🩺 Role Overview

Evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs
Develop and implement individualized rehab plans of care
Utilize evidence-based practice & standardized assessments
Perform manual therapy, ambulation training, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive device training, and wound care
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Provide patient/family education and discharge planning
Supervise PTAs, aides, and/or students
Document all care in EMR per regulatory standards
Participate in care conferences and required meetings

✅ Requirements

1 year PT experience – Required
LTC or Rehab experience – Required
Missouri PT License – Required (Compact accepted)
New grads welcome if Level II clinical experience completed (not observation only)
