Description

Job Title: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel contract to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Assignment Details:

Shift: Days, 5×8 schedule (Monday–Friday)
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Contract: Travel Assignment

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and pain management.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific).
BLS certification required.
Previous outpatient experience preferred.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
