Assignment Summary – High Risk L&D RN (Nights) Shift: 3x12s (19:00–07:30) Experience: 2 years required | First-time travelers accepted Ratios: 1:1 Weekends: Every other On-Call: Not required Floating: Yes – to Postpartum Locals: Not accepted (100-mile radius rule) Pending License: Accepted RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days Certifications Required: BLS NRP Required Experience/Skills: C-sections Births PPTL (Postpartum tubal ligations) D&C Cerclage placement/removal Waterbirth Epic experience required Guaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty On-call hours do not count toward guaranteed hours Facility Details: Type: Acute Care | Teaching Hospital | Level III Trauma Total Beds: 317 Charting: Epic / Excellian Scrubs: Provided by unit Parking: First day: Free (Blue Ramp) Night shift: Free parking Day/Evening shift: Paid lot or ramp options (bi-weekly fee, cash/check only)
