Physical Therapist Duties

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. Deliver therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, neuromuscular re‑education, and functional mobility training. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes. Document all care accurately and efficiently, maintain equipment and treatment spaces, and contribute to a positive, patient‑focused rehab environment.
