Description

CHI St. Gabriel's Health is seeking an experienced LDRP RN to join their team in a critical access setting. This role requires strong Labor & Delivery expertise combined with MedSurg/Peds experience. Nurses must be flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable floating when OB census is low.

✅ Required Certifications

BLS
ACLS
NRP

🎯 Required Experience
Minimum 1 year RN experience
Must have L&D + MedSurg/Peds experience
Critical access experience prefer
No previous travel experience required

🏥 Unit Details
4 L&D beds
6 Postpartum beds
1 Triage bed
C-sections performed in OR
AWHONN ratios:
1:1 (inductions)
1:2 (Postpartum)

Common Patient Types:

Labor & Delivery
Postpartum
Hyperbilirubinemia
Preterm labor
OB triage patients
