Job Description:
Unit: Psych -Adolescent Provider (patient age group: 3-17)
Shift: Days - (NO block scheduling)
Charge Capability: Highly Preferred
Floating Required: No
Scrub Color: Any color
Must have acute care experience
Must work every other major holiday

2+ year(s) of Social Work experience. Also, must document travel experience.
First time travelers will be considered
Masters degree in social work (MSW).
Licensed social work license (LCSW or equivalent - LICSW or LMHC).
AHA BLS Required

Must have Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certification

EMR Exp Preferred): EPIC
