Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Lymphedema

📍 Location: Outpatient Rehab Department – Hospital-Based Setting
🌐 Facility Info: Piedmont Wellness Center

📅 Schedule Options (40 Hours Guaranteed)

Option 1 – 5x8s

Mon/Wed: 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM
Tues/Thurs/Fri: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Option 2 – 4x9 + 1x4

Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Weekends: None
Call: None
Floating: Within facility/scope to Piedmont Fayette (Acute Care Inpatient) as needed

Minimum 1 year experience
First-time travelers accepted
Active Georgia OT License
NBCOT
Lymphedema Certification
