Description

Job Title: LPN – Medical Surgical (MS/Tele)
Shift: Nights | 36 or 48 Hours (Traveler Preference Required at Submission)
Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care | Level I Trauma Center

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical LPN (IV Certified – REQUIRED) for a high-acuity Level I Trauma facility. The LPN will provide care to adult and geriatric patients in a cardiac-focused Med/Surg unit, working within a team nursing model (1:6–7 ratio with RN/PCC support).

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience (3+ years required for first-time travelers)
IV Certification – FIRM requirement
Level I Trauma experience required
Prior travel experience required
Large hospital experience required
Active NLC license (no pending licenses accepted)
Certifications: BLS & NIHSS (required), ACLS* preferred

Important Notes:

No local travelers (100-mile strict rule)
All RTO must be included at submission
Submit to only one job ID/facility
