Submission Requirements

Minimum 24 months of Oncology experience (with recent experience in last 12 months)
ACLS (AHA)
BLS (AHA)
Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Infusion Certification
Active state RN license at time of submission
Clean license (no hits)
RTO cannot exceed 7 days (no RTO during first week)
Driver’s license (to verify residency)
Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
