GMU is a step down unit that cares for gen med/oncology stepdown patients
ONCC or ONS cert required, will take one or the other. MUST BE IN HAND
Skills Required: Administering Chemotherapy via IV, starting IVs
Equipment - Welch Allyn Vital sign towers, sigma IV pumps,
EPIC for documentation
2 Years PCU/Stepdown Experience
Required Certs/Licenses:
Michigan RN License
BLS (AHA)
NIH
ONCC or ONS
Call: None
Weekend: Will work every other weekend.
Floating: Other med surg areas, including AU and ER, to care for med surg patients
Nurse to Patient Ratio 1:4-6
Travel experience required
Certs.: BLS
License: MI state
