Description

Unit: Med Surg/Neuro
Minimum 1.5 Years of Recent Lvl I or Comparable Lvl II Trauma within the last 2 Years.

- Comparable Lvl II needs to be 250+ Beds (Higher Metro Area or Similar Patient Populations)

Certs.: BLS

License: NH/Compact state

Required Experience:

- Chest tubes

- Tubes

- Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone

- Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients

- Trachs/Laryngectomies

- Telemetry

- Complex wounds

- Central Lines – care and maintenance and blood draws

April Start - 4/13 or 4/27 Start 21 Bed Med-Surg Neuro. Medical (Neuromuscular disorders, Meningitis), Primary Stroke Center, TBI, Spinal Cord Injury, Surgical (Tumor resections (brain and spine), Spinal surgery, Head and neck cancer), Level IV Epilepsy center (implanted electrodes and scalp leads). Only Epilepsy Center in Vermont and New Hampshire.
