Position Information:

• Facility Department/Cost Center: 2779 (701) SURGERY
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: OR - Surgery
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: See shift details.
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed.
• Call Requirements: As Needed/10-11 days of call each month, if only two staff, the call would be 15-16 days per month.
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, HWC
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: As Needed/Pre-Op.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 3 OR, 3 PACU, 5 Preop
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2
• EHR: CQI and Medhost
• Supervisor: James Maxey, Director of Surgical Services
• Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Serves all ages.
