Description

Minimum 1–2 years of LPN/LVN experience (LTAC preferred)
Travel experience required
Valid Maryland or Compact License at time of submission
BLS required (ACLS mentioned in overview)
Experience with Cerner charting system
Must be comfortable floating to Burk units (Pulmonary/Vent), Subacute Rehab (Halls), and LTC Households
Ventilator and trach care experience preferred
Must work every other weekend & holidays as required
Strict adherence to attendance policy (zero tolerance for tardiness/unexcused absences)
Orientation attendance (Tuesday–Friday, day shift) mandatory
