📍 Somerville, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, 8:30a–5:00p) | 🧠 Child & Adolescent Inpatient Psych

Seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 2+ years of behavioral health experience in an acute care or inpatient psychiatric setting. This role supports child and adolescent patients (ages 3–17) on an inpatient psych unit, providing comprehensive psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, care coordination, and discharge planning.

Must be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team and managing complex psychiatric cases. CANS Certification required at submission.

Travel experience preferred (first-time travelers considered with strong experience). Previous travelers and former employees will be reviewed.

Schedule & Expectations:

Monday–Friday, 8:30a–5:00p
No weekends
No block scheduling
Must work every other major holiday
One week of orientation
Acute care experience required
Local candidates within 50 miles accepted (local rate $8 less than posted rate)

Certifications required: Active MA LCSW License + CANS Certification + AHA BLS (Flu vaccine required)
