ARTERIAL AND VENOUS DOPPLER EXAMS (ULTRA-SOUND)


2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Philips epic 7, Parks flow lab, vascu-pro reporting system


3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Work independently performing above exams
Minimum of two years vascular sonographer experience required.
 

Experience with various hospital equipment (e.g., ultrasound systems with color Doppler and spectral analyzer, transcranial Doppler ultrasound system, O2 equipment, pulsed volume recorder and segmental pressure measurement system, and treadmill) required.

Experience with hospital computer information system, digital reporting system, and typical office equipment (e.g., copy machine, fax machine) required.

Will need to work alone on occasion, will work 7:30am-4pm (M-F) as well as participate in call rotation (nights and weekend call).
