Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients in a Medical Intensive Care Unit. The RN will monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct care to ICU patients with high-acuity medical and respiratory conditions</li><li>Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and ventilated patients</li><li>Manage drips including vasoactive and cardiac medications</li><li>Care for patients with conditions such as stroke, respiratory failure, cardiac issues, renal failure, and sepsis</li><li>Perform central line, arterial line, and IV therapy management</li><li>Respond to emergencies and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias</li><li>Float to appropriate units within scope as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active RN license</li><li>Minimum 2 years of ICU experience</li><li>BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required</li><li>Experience with ventilators, cardiac monitoring, and critical care drips</li><li>Ability to work every other weekend</li></ul>
