Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients in a Medical Intensive Care Unit. The RN will monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to ICU patients with high-acuity medical and respiratory conditions
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and ventilated patients
• Manage drips including vasoactive and cardiac medications
• Care for patients with conditions such as stroke, respiratory failure, cardiac issues, renal failure, and sepsis
• Perform central line, arterial line, and IV therapy management
• Respond to emergencies and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias
• Float to appropriate units within scope as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• Experience with ventilators, cardiac monitoring, and critical care drips
• Ability to work every other weekend
