Unit: Psych -Adolescent Provider (patient age group: 3-17)

Charge Capability: Highly Preferred

LCSW only (LICSW or equivalent not acceptable)

Must be CANS Certified at time of submittal

Must have current MA social work license (LCSW)

First time travelers will be accepted. Local temps also accepted - $8 less on bill rate. Pay package attached in RC.

Must have BLS (AHA).

RTO must be included upon initial submission.

Every other major holiday required. Weekends as required - discussed in interview.

Must have previous acute care experience.
 

Charting System:

EPIC - experience preferred
