Location: Grovetown, GA 30813
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day / Night (Flexible Options Available)

🩺 Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Active Georgia RN License (or Compact License)
• BLS Certification (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care or hospital-based RN experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience with EMR documentation
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an acute care setting
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

🎓 Education Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required, BSN preferred)
