⏰ Shift Details
- Shift: Mid Shift
- Timing: 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Hours: 10 hours/day
- Days: 4 days/week (40 hours/week)
- Weekend: Every 4th weekend
- Location: Norton Women's and Children's Hospital (under Norton Healthcare)
🩻 Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging using appropriate equipment.
- Produce and retain high-quality diagnostic images meeting department and industry standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and image quality.
- Prepare and educate patients prior to procedures; address questions and concerns.
- Ensure age-appropriate communication and patient care.
- Apply proper patient positioning and imaging techniques.
- Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
- Maintain infection control and quality control standards.
- Utilize imaging systems and computer equipment effectively.
- Supervise and train students providing patient care as part of their clinical training.
