Description

Schedule: Travler must be avaialble m-f, every other weekend, every other holiday. Days of week vary as manager needs.

Clinical Requirements & Unit Demands

NICU experience is valuable but not a requirement.
Inspira Vineland is a Level III facility with:
- High-frequency oscillatory ventilators.
- Both non-invasive and invasive ventilation management.
- Multiple ICUs and busy ED dept, workload can be significant at Vineland
- High volume ED
Respiratory therapists cover NICU, adult ICU, and ED, requiring:
- Strong clinical experience.
- Ability to manage high volume and rapid pace.
- Comfort with complex ventilator management.
