Laboratory Supervisor – Blood Bank

🏥 100-Bed Licensed Facility
🕗 Shift: 8H Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
📆 Every 3rd Weekend Required

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a technical lab area — primarily Blood Bank, with additional support in Hematology. This is a hands-on leadership role, working 50% on the bench while supervising lab functions, staff workflow, and quality standards.

Requirements (Strict)

• BS in Clinical Lab Science / Medical Technology (Required)
• ASCP Certification or equivalent registration (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience (Required)
• Strong Blood Bank experience
• Experience with EPIC and SoftBank systems (Required)
• Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months and in good standing

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology & Blood Bank
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Supervise staff and workflow
• Perform bench testing 50% of the time
