MedAdventures is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a skilled nursing facility in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you’ll support residents in improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life while collaborating with a supportive rehab team.

What You’ll Do:

Provide individualized physical therapy services to SNF residents under the supervision of a PT

Requirements:

Active Connecticut PTA license
SNF or rehab experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
