Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher.
- Certifications Requirements: OT Certification, Texas License, BLS Certification (or equivalent).
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of one year of OT experience, experience in long-term care setting preferred, familiar with therapy documentation systems.
- Other Requirements: Ability to maintain productivity of 90%, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in long-term care settings, including assessments, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and COTA's to develop and adjust care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using Net Health and Point Click Care systems.
- Monitor patient response to therapy and modify interventions as necessary to optimize results.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and home programs to support continued progress.
