Skilled Nursing Facility | Holland, MI
MedAdventures is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled nursing facility in Holland, Michigan. In this role, you’ll help residents improve independence, daily living skills, and overall quality of life while collaborating with a supportive rehab team.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services to SNF residents
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet functional goals
- Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Active Michigan OT license
- SNF or rehab experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
