Description

Location: Kenmare, ND
Duration: 12 weeks
Start: ASAP
Shift: Nights – 4x12s (48 hrs/week)
On-Call: No
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend & holidays required
Floating: Required (ER & Swing Bed; may work opposite shift if needed)
Positions: 1 opening (0/1 filled)

Position Overview:

RN will work in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital providing care in both the Emergency Room and Swing Bed (long-term care/rehab) unit. Responsibilities include emergency stabilization, inpatient care, and management of swing bed patients. Facility averages ~35 ER visits per month and has 16 swing bed patients.

Requirements:

Active ND RN license or Compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NIH required prior to start
Experience in or willingness to work in a Critical Access setting

Facility Highlights:

24-hour ER, Lab, X-ray, Clinic
Staffed by mid-level providers with physician support from Trinity Hospital (60 minutes away)
Rural community setting (approx. 60 minutes from Minot)
