Will need Dysrhythmia exam for onboarding Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner : experience is preferred not required Current Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start., ACLS preferred 1 to2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary. Would be open to Critical Care RN as long as fluent with care of med-surg ratios &amp; acuity. Will need to pass Dysrhythmia exam w/ an 80% during onboarding
